Acting for all types of banks, including Barclays, Lloyds TSB, HSBC, smaller UK banks and overseas banks in all areas of banking dispute. Advising the European Commission on pre-paid cards. Recent cases include company and shareholder disputes, including Planet Organic, ERCRO and Bertram Group. Acting for Britvic Soft Drinks and Bass Brewers in the lead action arising from the industry-wide carbon dioxide benzene contaminations. Author of a Guide to International Litigation in London and many articles and conferences on banking, fraud, corruption and jurisdictional topics.
