Marriott Harrison promotes 2 corporate partners to equity

Marriott Harrison corporate partners Simon Charles and Hugh Gardner have been promoted to senior equity partners following their arrivals at the firm in 2004 as equity partners.

Having worked 8 years in the City as a corporate lawyer, Simon Charles then spent three years in the corporate finance department of leading investment bank Numis Securities Limited, joining Marriott Harrison’s corporate team as a partner in 2004. He has an AIM-focused practice, representing a number of investment banks and AIM corporate clients.

Hugh Gardner joined Marriott Harrison’s corporate team as a partner in 2004 and was previously a partner at Coudert Brothers and Pinsents. He specialises in private equity and debt finance and advises a number of corporate clients, many with an international focus, operating across a number of sectors including telecoms, IT and biotech.
